Terms & Conditions for booking:

Please note: All bookings must full comply with the Standard Terms & Conditions of Hire Agreement at all times.

By proceeding to book the hall, you are agreeing to abide by said terms & conditions at all times. You can view these terms & conditions on the link below:

You must also ensure you adhere to all health & safety information displayed within the building at all times during your hire. Copies of the risk assessments and fire safety information will also be available in the building.

Current fees & payment:

You will receive an invoice after your booking request is confirmed.

Please note that we are unable to accept cash and all payments must be made by bank transfer or cheque. Please note that we are currently investigating adding a card payment service.

• Community Use (charity or similar) = £10.00 per hour
• Small groups (10 or less) open for paid activities = £15.00 per hour
• Private Use and Parties by Invitation = £15.00 per hour
• Commercial Use = £30.00 per hour
• Larger events such as Major consultation = Price upon request

Facilities:

Accessibility: There is a ramp up to the entrance and an accessible toilet on-site.

Kitchen: Kings Worthy Community Centre has a kitchen with fridge (including small ice box), cooker, microwave and boiling hot water dispenser. There are also full sets of crockery and cutlery.

Baby Changing: There is a baby changing table on-site and a bin for the disposal of nappies.

Tables & Chairs: There are 40 folding chairs and folding tables located on-site. We are not able to offer a setup or take down service for these.

Wi-Fi: There is wi-fi in the main hall with an excellent connection speed. Please note that the Wi-Fi must be used in accordance with the Wi-Fi Terms & Conditions – Link to Wi-fi Terms & Conditions
